Indie Music Bundle

So if you are on twitter or watching any of the indie games new sites, you will have noticed, it is Friday. You will also have noticed there is something called the Indie Music Bundle!

This is a direct quote from the about page of the website, it’ll tell you what we’re about:

What’s this about?
The Indie Game Music Bundle is an initiative by several indie game music composers to get our music heard by a vastly greater audience. We want to spread our music to as many people as possible, so we bundled it in one big, jolly (and cheap) collection!

Like the Humble Indie Bundle.
Absolutely! We took inspiration from the fantastic Humble Indie Bundle series, which has been selling indie games for fantastic prices to great success, and decided that we could sell our music in a similar fashion. By combining a whole bunch of our albums, we’re able to give fans a whole lot for very little money, and perhaps (hopefully!) also introduce a new audience to something they might’ve never heard otherwise.

Will this happen again? I missed it. ):
The Black Friday Sale is our first attempt, a small-scale version of our idea, to see if this appeals to people. Hopefully it’s the first of many!

Who are you guys?
This initiative was led by Jimmy “BigGiantCircles” Hinson, and the code was done by coda and Josh Whelchel. surasshu designed the logo.

The A.R.E.S Original Soundtrack is out for this event only, and will not be made available again until further notice, so if you want it now, I would grab it! Especially for the insane price of $1 +another 9 albums! You can pay a dollar, or pay what you want on top of that to help support the ten indie musician teams involved in this.
